Advance purchase prices:
for season passes and flexible ski passes until and incl. 4th December 2019.
Infants: age group 2015 and younger - FREE! Please check conditions of carriage, appropriate to the ski region.
Children: age group 2014 - 2005
Youths: age group 2004 - 2002
U25 / young adults: age group 2001 - 1995 (only season pass, only advance purchase)
Conditions of carriage:
General terms of carriage of the respective lifts used are announced on notice boards and are binding for everyone.
Expiry of validity:
Days which have not been used become invalid and are neither reimbursed, norcredited.
The individual services which holders of this card are entitled to use are rendered by legally independent contractors. The contractor selling the card is merely acting as a representative of the other contractors. The respective contractor will therefore be liable for the provision of individual services and for damages in case of unforeseen events, if any.
KeyCard deposit fee:
€ 2.00 - € 5.00. You can return a keycard in good condition and issued during the current winter season (for refund of the deposit) to cash desks.
Piste keepers are not liable for damage which occurs to the piste user from the misconduct of others. Particularly inconsiderate and dangerous skiing as well as disregarding barriers or other instructions will result in exclusion of carriage. We endeavour to make sure you are safe and request that you pay heed to FIS Regulations.
Loss of ski passes / season cards:
No replacement for lost and forgotten Super Ski Card. Loss of a season card must be reported at one of the points of sale.
Any misuse of the Super Ski Card including use by a third party will result in withdrawal of said cardwithout compensation. There will also be a fine.
The terms of the respective cable car company in the respective ski area apply. Transportation when night skiing or evening tobogganing is essentially not included. Likewise, a separate fee is charged for special evening trips.
Photos are taken directly at the respective outlets (cable car cash-points; free service) and saved for season pass buyers.
Regulation for infants:
For infants (D.O.B. 2014 and after) there are separate prices and conditions of carriage, appropriate to the ski region. Proof of age required: Children, youth and infants must show proof of age (photo ID) when buying the ski pass and this must also be carried when skiing.
Refund during operational lockdowns due to epidemics or pandemics
Should the participating cable car and lift companies with their lifts and cable car facilities, be prevented from providing services in all regions where the SuperSkiCard is valid (“the affected cable car and lift companies”) due to an epidemic or pandemic/ or if there is a complete closure of the cable car and lift companies concerned and/ or the customer is not able to use the service due to a travel warning or border closure, the costs paid by the customer for the SuperSkiCard will be refunded as follows for the duration of the entire closure. The refund will be made
-for the SuperSkiCard 1-14 day tickets on the basis of the actual possible use (Example: if the closure is made after the 3rd day of validity for a 6-day ski ticket, the customer will be refunded the difference between the purchase price for a 3-day ski ticket and the purchase price paid by them for the 6-day ski ticket);
-for a SuperSkiCard flexible ticket, the customer is able to transfer the non-consumable days of the SuperSkiCard flexi-ticket to the next season.
-for the SuperSkiCard season pass, the refund is made on the basis of a payback period calculation, whereby it is determined, whether the costs of the SuperSkiCard have already been paid back through its usage by the customer. This calculation is made on the basis of a day ticket price calculated by the lift and cable car companies for the respecti-ve product, which will indicate whether the costs of the SuperSkiCard have been paid back from the 15th or more day of skiing. A refund is therefore excluded, if the customer has already used the season pass on 15 or more days of skiing. If a season ticket is purchased during or after a lockdown, the customer has no claim to a refund for the period of the current or already expired lockdown.
A refund claim can be made at any of the participating cable car and lift companies. The claim is due within 14 days after submission, which can be made at the end of the season, at the very earliest.
Refund due to Injuries or Illnesses:
If the customer is prevented from skiing due to a serious injury or illness, there will be no entitle-ment to a reimbursement. The cable car and lift companies however, as a good will gesture, reser-ve the right to refund the cost of the SuperSkiCard at their own discretion A prerequisite for this is the presentation of a doctor's note from a local doctor. A refund for the SuperSkiCard is impossible after the 28th February during the calendar year. You must notify us of an injury or illness immediately.
Season Pass Family-Bonus:
Purchase Season Passes for the two eldest children/youths of a family and receive free season passes for all further children/youth (documented evidence required: family allowance confirmation (Ö) child allowance notice (D).
Free ski bus use with the Super Ski Card according to terms for the relevant ski region. No free ski bus available between the Super Ski Card ski regions from the Kitzbühel Alps to Salzburg State and the other federal states. Check bus + traintimetables at: www.oebb.at (Austrian Federal Railways)

Ski pass discounts / free tickets / groups:
Ski instructors with ISIA-card: issue of a ski instructor ticket - only possible in accordance with regional territorial regulations.
Information available from participating cable cars.
Groups: For every batch of 20 ski passes bought (1-14 days) receive one free ski pass!
Busdrivers: free ski pass, period of validity analogous to the group (joint purchase required).
There are NO other DISCOUNTS for locals, seniors, the disabled or other groups of people. No off-season rates apply (except reductions in the early season in December + from mid of March for adults only).
Transferability and Exchange:
The Super Ski Card is not transferable. Exchange, adjustment and extending the validity is not possible.
The Super Ski Card is valid during the respective hours of operation of the stated ski areas – however only between 10.10.2020 to 04.05.2021. We reserve the right to suspend lift services/pistes in the event of technical difficulties, storm and some weather conditions, lack of snow, etc., also if there is overcrowding, and to set a quota or set amount for the sale of ski passes. In the early season and in the post season there are also limited lift and piste services. In all these cases there is no entitlement to reimbursement.
